From the moment we saw the street the hotel was located on and how beautiful the hotel looked we knew we had made the right choice. We were instantly welcomed by an amazing team, offering us coffee and made us so welcome in such a friendly, warm manner. The staff were outstanding and atmosphere was that of a family, nothing too much trouble and even organised tickets for events and delivered them to the room. Would come back to this wonderful hotel in an instant and also stay in their other hotels. Please thank the team for a special stay.

The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. After a very long drive from CDG airport, staff ran out to our taxi to take baggage off our hands and sat us in their beautiful lounge, providing a beverage and check us in. Every request was fulfilled within minutes and the team was incredible. The facilities are stunning, the spa, steam room & pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

We had a king room on the first floor in a quiet hall off the lobby. Liked not having to deal with the elevator. Close to the restaurant and workout room in lower level. Breakfast each day was included which was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Location was very close to many restaurants and a pharmacy was located at the end of the street.

The staff, especially Concierge Nicolas was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was beyond perfect, walking distance to almost anything you want to experience in Paris. We were with our 5 year old daughter and she had a blast staying at the hotel. Everything was very well thought, to the details of amazing welcome and parting gifts for our daughter.
